Getting started
What Cogito is and how fast you can use it.
Cogito is a simple, secure AI platform built for small to medium-sized businesses. It connects to the tools your team already uses, answers questions from across your business, takes actions on your behalf with approval, and runs automations on a schedule. One platform your whole team uses, scoped to each person's permissions.
Small to medium-sized businesses. Big enough that context is scattered across tools and people, small enough that an enterprise rollout is overkill. Used across the whole business: sales, support, marketing, ops, customer success, and execs.
Minutes. Sign up, connect one tool (Gmail, Drive, Notion, whatever you already use), and start asking. You get useful answers from day one. Cogito gets sharper as you connect more of your business.
No. Cogito works in your browser, in Slack, or via email. An admin connects your company tools once and the whole team inherits them. For personal tools like Gmail or calendar, each user authorizes their own access. No IT install required.

Get in touchHow it works
What makes Cogito different from search tools and single-app AI.
No. ChatGPT and Claude are chatbots for individuals. Cogito is a platform your whole team uses, connected to your tools, with shared memory, centralized permissions, and the ability to take actions across your business (always with your approval).
ChatGPT and Claude help one person ask questions in a chat window. Cogito is the platform your whole team uses to get work done. It connects to your business tools once and the whole team inherits them, remembers what your business knows across people and time, takes actions across your tools with approval, and runs scheduled automations. Flat pricing with unlimited users, not per-seat.
In your browser, in Slack, or via email. Same platform, same memory across surfaces. Use whichever fits the moment.
Both. Cogito answers questions from across your business, takes actions in your tools (with your approval), and runs automations on a schedule. Full audit trail of every action. Scoped to each user's permissions in the source systems.
Yes. It builds organizational memory of your business as conversations happen and records change: past decisions, project history, team preferences. Shared across the team, not locked to one person. You never start from scratch.

Get in touchSecurity & privacy
How Cogito protects sensitive business data.
Your data is yours. No model training on it, ever. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Choose your data region (EU, Switzerland, US). Each user only sees what they can already access in the source systems.
Cogito respects every permission boundary you already have. It only surfaces information to people who already had access through your existing tools. 1:1 DMs, private channels, and personal emails stay private to the people in them. Permissions are inherited live from your source systems (Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.), so when access changes there it changes in Cogito immediately.
On AWS in your chosen region: Switzerland (eu-central-2), EU (eu-west-1), or US (us-east-1). Pick at setup. Cogito stays inside that region.
No. We use enterprise APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic with zero-retention agreements. Your queries are processed solely to generate a response and are not stored by the AI providers or used for training.
Yes. Disconnect any integration instantly. Request full data deletion and we purge everything: indexed content, conversation history, all of it. Within 30 days.
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications are on our roadmap. GDPR-ready data handling is built in today. If your organization has specific compliance requirements, talk to us.

Get in touchIntegrations
What Cogito connects to, and how deep.
Active integrations include Notion, Linear, Slack, Google (Drive/Docs/Gmail/Calendar), Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, PostgreSQL, Outlook, and Odoo. More shipping weekly.
Deeper than MCP. Each native integration includes real-time webhooks so Cogito sees changes as they happen, per-user access control that inherits permissions live from the source system, a full audit trail of every read and write, and two-way actions with human approval. MCP is also supported for tools that expose an MCP server, but the native integrations go further than what MCP can do alone.
Yes. Tell us what you need. Cogito typically ships new integrations in around 3 days when the API is available.
No. Cogito supports two modes: personal integrations (each user authorizes their own Gmail/calendar/etc. via OAuth) and organizational integrations (an admin connects once and the team inherits, with each user only seeing what they're permitted to see).
