Getting started
What Cogito is and how fast you can use it.
Cogito is an AI brain that knows your business and does the work, in Slack and Teams. It reads across every tool your team uses, reasons across them, and ships the work. Drafts emails. Files tickets. Updates records. All with your approval. One shared mind for the whole team, scoped to each person's permissions.
Teams of 5 to 100 people. Big enough that context is scattered across tools and people, small enough that an enterprise rollout is overkill. Common roles getting value first: sales, customer success, engineering, ops, and execs.
Under 5 minutes from signup. Connect Slack, connect one tool (Notion, Google Drive, Linear, whatever you have), mention @Cogito in any channel. You get useful answers immediately. Adding more tools makes it sharper over the following hours and days.
No. Cogito installs as a regular Slack app. End users authorize their own personal tools (Gmail, calendar) via OAuth. Admins can connect company-wide tools once and the team inherits. No admin install required.

Get in touchHow it works
What makes Cogito different from search tools and single-app AI.
No. Most AI chat answers your question and stops. Cogito reads your tools, reasons across them, and ships the work. Drafts emails. Files tickets. Updates records. All with your approval. The chat is the surface; the work is the product.
Glean is enterprise search for 1000+ companies: strong on reading, weak on action, and built for an enterprise rollout. Notion AI and Slack AI are single-app AIs that are clever inside Notion or Slack, blind to everything else. Cogito is a shared team brain across every system, with permission-aware access and the ability to act across your stack with approval.
In Slack and Microsoft Teams (Teams coming soon), plus a web app for longer sessions. Mention @Cogito in any channel, in DMs, in threads. Same brain, same memory across surfaces.
It acts. Update records, send emails, file tickets, run scheduled workflows. Human-in-the-loop on everything. Cogito proposes, you approve. Full audit trail of every action. Scoped to each user's permissions in the source systems.
Yes. It builds persistent memory of your business as conversations happen and records change: past decisions, project history, team preferences. You never start from scratch.

Get in touchSecurity & privacy
How Cogito protects sensitive business data.
Your data is yours. No model training on it, ever. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Choose your data region (EU, Switzerland, US). Each user only sees what they can already access in the source systems.
Cogito respects every permission boundary you already have. It only surfaces information to people who already had access through your existing tools. 1:1 DMs, private channels, and personal emails stay private to the people in them. Permissions are inherited live from your source systems (Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.), so when access changes there it changes in Cogito immediately.
On AWS in your chosen region: Switzerland (eu-central-2), EU (eu-west-1), or US (us-east-1). Pick at setup. Cogito stays inside that region.
No. We use enterprise APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic with zero-retention agreements. Your queries are processed solely to generate a response and are not stored by the AI providers or used for training.
Yes. Disconnect any integration instantly. Request full data deletion and we purge everything: indexed content, conversation history, all of it. Within 30 days.
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications are on our roadmap. GDPR-ready data handling is built in today. If your organization has specific compliance requirements, talk to us.

Get in touchPricing & billing
How plans, credits, and billing work.
Starter is $69/mo with up to 5 integrations and unlimited users. Growth is $199/mo with up to 20 integrations and bring-your-own API key for 0% AI markup. Enterprise is custom. All plans get unlimited users and $20 in free credits on signup.
On Starter, you pay the underlying AI provider cost (OpenAI, Anthropic) plus a small 4% margin. On Growth, you can bring your own API key for 0% markup, so you pay only your provider directly. Transparent, no lock-in.
Yes. Every signup gets $20 in free credit, no card required. That's enough to evaluate the product end-to-end with your real tools. Live in under 5 minutes.

Get in touchIntegrations
What Cogito connects to, and how deep.
Active integrations include Notion, Linear, Slack, Google (Drive/Docs/Gmail/Calendar), Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, PostgreSQL, Outlook, and Odoo. More shipping weekly.
Deeper than MCP. Each native integration includes real-time webhooks so Cogito sees changes as they happen, per-user access control that inherits permissions live from the source system, a full audit trail of every read and write, and two-way actions with human approval. MCP is also supported for tools that expose an MCP server, but the native integrations go further than what MCP can do alone.
Yes. Tell us what you need. Cogito typically ships new integrations in around 3 days when the API is available.
No. Cogito supports two modes: personal integrations (each user authorizes their own Gmail/calendar/etc. via OAuth) and organizational integrations (an admin connects once and the team inherits, with each user only seeing what they're permitted to see).
